This community is so quaint, where you know all your neighbors, and best of all most condo complexes are huge and theres no green space. The developer here decided that green space was more precious than loading in the most buildings for profit, so what you have here is big green lawns and large trees to lie under with benches set all around, a huge heated sunny pool of course, lush flowering plants abound and BBQ space with several picnic tables to have group gatherings with family or new neighbor friends!
